A creative designer fascinated with combining tradition and contemporary design. An accomplished machinist with a high attention to detail and accuracy within garment construction and the design process.

My philosophy is that history and tradition is the basis of all design where all thinking is routed. I favour masculine tailoring with a subtle femininity and sexuality; detailed pieces that are well designed and interesting to look at.

I take inspiration from visual sources such as architecture and sculpture. I also draw on literary influences that help me to imagine the environment for what I am designing. I make use of the current issues such as sustainability as fashion is a form of art, a way to respond to current issues.

Currently: Working as a seamstress whilst studying Fashion Design at Sheffield Hallam University.
